Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your consultation. Here is how our refund process works.

1. Cancellations by Customer

• More than 24 hours notice: You may cancel your appointment for any reason up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time and receive a 100% refund.
• Less than 24 hours notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable, as the consultant has reserved this time specifically for you.

2. Cancellations by Consultant

If a consultant cancels your appointment at any time, or fails to join the video call within 10 minutes of the start time, you will receive a 100% refund automatically.

3. Disputes

If you believe the service provided was not as described (e.g., the consultant did not have the expertise claimed), you must report the issue to support@icanmigrate.com within 48 hours of the appointment. We will investigate the session logs and mediate a resolution.

4. Processing Time

Refunds are processed immediately by our system but may take 5-10 business days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank's processing times.
