2. Nature of the Platform

i Can Migrate is a marketplace connecting independent immigration consultants with prospective clients.We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. The consultants on our platform are independent contractors and not employees of i Can Migrate.

3. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

4. Payments and Escrow

Payments for consultations are held in escrow until the service is delivered. By booking a service, you authorize i Can Migrate to charge your payment method for the full amount of the service fee.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall i Can Migrate, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
